Fitness

Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Building Access Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. The application for a PIN can be found on the club’s website under “Club Documents & Forms” or by clicking here .

Pilates** Enjoy an age- defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! Mon./Wed./ Fri. at 8:30 AM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Mon./Wed. at 5:00 PM (beginner/intermediate), Mon./Wed. at 6:00 PM (intermediate/advanced) Seniorcize* To help you stay active and healthy, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Mon. at 4:00 PM and Thurs. at 11:00 AM. (45 min.) Toning + Abs* A full-body workout with weights, with emphasis on core conditioning. Tues./Thurs. at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Sat. at 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Focus on alignment, seated twists, backbends and arm balances. All fitness levels welcome. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Sun. at 10:00 AM. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in , or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. Barre** Sculpt muscles, burn fat, build core strength. This class combines elements of Pilates and ballet. Wed./Fri. at 10:30 AM. Barre Express** Lengthen muscles into their most beautiful form by fusing ballet barre, strength training and Pilates. Mon. at 9:45 AM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Early Bird Cardio/Strength** By subscription only! This intense workout builds endurance, strength, and flexibility. Mon./Fri. at 6:00 AM. Fitness Fusion* Combination of aerobics, full-body toning, & Pilates, all in 1 class! Tues./Thurs. 8:30 AM. incorporate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Fri. at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** This easy slow- paced flow of Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, breathing, standing balances with minimal Sun Salutations. Please bring your own blanket & yoga mat if possible. Effective April 1, in order to control administrative costs and avoid an across- the-board rate increase, we will no longer pro-rate subscriptions for absences. As always, we cannot refund subscriptions after the fact, and we cannot accept cancellations once the month has started and classes are underway. Please check your bill regularly and report any discrepancies promptly. You are encouraged to make-up classes that you miss, but please do so in a timely manner. All make-up classes must be used by the 15th of following month. REVISED GROUP EXERCISE POLICY You may buy sessions at the current rates through the end of March and use them past April 1 subject to our normal expiration policy.
