Hawkesbury AAA win out over Napean

!e Robert Hartley Sports Complex saw 14 teams and seven games Saturday. !e Hawkesbury AAA started the day o"well as they won out over Nepean AAA in overtime during the #rst game of the day. It was a good game played by both teams, keeping audience members on the edge of their seats. Nepean’s Nicholas Domitrovic, assisted by Geo! Dempster, scored a tying goal barely two minutes before the buz- zer, bringing the game into overtime. Just a second into overtime, Hawkesbury’s AAA Adam Levesque, assisted by Tyler Boivin, scored the winning goal.
!e Hawkesbury Hawks Midget AAA played a great game Saturday, October 24, winning in overtime against Nepean.

Hawkesbury’s Mathieu Grandmont scored the "rst goal of the morning just 24 seconds into the game, assisted by Ryan Wells. Nepean started the second period with Nicholas Domitrovic scoring near the end of the period, assisted by Mackenzie White, and Paul Larabie, however Hawkes- bury took the period back as Grandmont got another goal assisted again by Wells. Period three was busy as Hawkesbury scored two goals, and Nepean scored three bringing the game into overtime. #e win- ning goal came less than a minute into overtime. Monday’s game against Brockville AAA was a 3-5 loss.#eir next game is scheduled for Saturday, October 31 at 3 p.m. at Ingre- dion Centre, against the CIHAGreenMidget AAA. Stats and scores can be found at cchl-oha. stats.pointstreak.com. Both teams played a strong game Saturday morning with the win going to the Hawks in overtime.
