Kahlbaugh brokers $1.65 million industrial building Bennettwilliams’Rohrbaugh& Stine rep. seller in $3.8m sale C
EntRAl PA — Ben- nett williams Realty, Inc. has arranged the sale/lease of the following trans- action: Sales: GVS Partners, LLC pur- chased the Shoppes at Silver Spring a 33,545 s/f shopping center at 6499 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg for $3.8 mil- lion from RJH Investments, LLC. Chad Stine and Brad Rohrbaugh of Bennett Wil- liams represented the seller in the transaction. Kinsley Equities III, LP has purchased a 20,000 s/f indus- trial building for $1.65 million at 1600 Colony Rd. inYork from HPHood. Keith Kahlbaugh of Bennett Williams represented the seller in the transaction. MI Enterprise purchased a 3,636 s/f office building at 2003 E. Market St. in York from Martin Realty Management, LP. Stine, Rohrbaugh and Jeff Kauffman of Bennett Williams represented the seller, and Abe Khan , also of Bennett Wil- lEMOynE, PA — RP Part- ners, LLC purchased the 25,000 s/f office building at 635 N. 12th St. from Szeles Properties. In addition to Daley, Zucker, Meilton & Miner, Saidis, Sulli- van & Rogers, and RBCWealth Management, who currently occupy the building, Eastern Alliance Insurance Group has signed a new lease for 7,300 s/f and will be relocating their Harrisburg office to the build- ing.
