Kuhns joined Noelker and Hull in 2012 after working as a project manager for vari- ous architectural firms in the Philadelphia area. A Cham- bersburg-area native, Kuhns returned to Noelker and Hull after a 13-year hiatus, having served as an architectural in- tern at the firm from 1996 to 1999.
