HARLESTON, SC — Sears Commercial announced that it has been named as a preferred appliance supplier by Grey- star Real Estate Partners . Kenmore appliances, the na- tion’s most-awarded brand, will now be offered at many of Greystar’s 385,000 owned and managed apartment homes throughout the United States. Greystar recently announced the acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group , nearly doubling the size of its man- aged portfolio. This preferred supplier agreement with Sears C
is the first agreement signed for the benefit of the newly combined companies. As part of the agreement, Sears Commercial will pro- vide Greystar communities with replacement appliances, as well as appliances for new development and apartments that are being remodeled or rehabilitated. In addition to the Kenmore brand, Sears also carries the nation’s other top 10 appliance brands. “The Home Appliance busi- ness is critical to the overall success of Sears Holdings,” said Arun Arora , president
