HARLESTON, SC — Sears Commercial announced that it has been named as a preferred appliance supplier by Grey- star Real Estate Partners . Kenmore appliances, the na- tion’s most-awarded brand, will now be offered at many of Greystar’s 385,000 owned and managed apartment homes throughout the United States. Greystar recently announced the acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group , nearly doubling the size of its man- aged portfolio. This preferred supplier agreement with Sears C

is the first agreement signed for the benefit of the newly combined companies. As part of the agreement, Sears Commercial will pro- vide Greystar communities with replacement appliances, as well as appliances for new development and apartments that are being remodeled or rehabilitated.
