H&R Block Eastern Enter- prises, Inc. leased the prop- erty fromGateway Ventures, Inc. Brad Rohrbaugh & Chad Stine of Bennett Wil- liams represented the land- Y York, PA — Kinsley Construction , headquar- tered in York PA with of- fices in Wyomissing PA and Timonium MD, has been recognized in ENR’s August publication of the nation’s “Top 100 Green Buildings Contractors.” According to the ENR ar- ticle, “Companies are ranked according to revenue for con- tractors’ services generated in 2013 from projects that have been registered with or certi- fied by a third-party organi- zation that sets standards for measuring a building’s or facility’s environmental impact, energy efficiency or carbon footprint.”With 2013 “green revenues” in excess of $96 million, Kinsley’s larg- est projects included adap- tive reuse office and housing projects in York, Hershey and Baltimore, as well as renova- tion and new construction projects throughout the Mid- Atlantic region. In 2013, Kinsley celebrated its 50th year in business.
