As a Precis VP, Altomare will direct pharmaceutical en- gineering services, including oversight of utility and support systems design, master plan- ning, project management, and client relations. In keeping with Precis’ philosophy of hands-on, principal-led project leader- ship, Altomare will be actively engaged in project design and delivery. Altomare gained his 36 years of engineering and plant opera- tions management with Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and its predecessor Lemmon Com- pany. He rose from validation technician to manager of me- chanical and plant engineering services to director of facilities management and director of project engineering. Altomare has managed capital program the increasing demand for engineering design services.” O’Pella will oversee all of the HVAC, plumbing and fire pro- tection for the firm’s projects, including the renovation of a building on Chestnut St. at 11th as an element of a major new apartment and retail com- plex, and new retail spaces on Rowan Blvd. O’Pella has extensive experi- ence in HVAC, fire protection and geothermal system design.
