What are some of your fondest childhood memories? Mums cooking and her love of craft. I grew up as an only child, but became a big sister when I was 11 yrs old. What kind of work or hobbies have you enjoyed throughout your life? I was a nurse before marriage. I enjoyed painting in my 60's, and loved to craft - specifically quilting and crochet. I also enjoyed tennis and lawn bowls. What is something you’ve learned that you’d like to share with others? That there is good in everyone, and that everyone has a talent. Who has influenced your life the most? Mum - she was an exceptional Mum. And Vinnie.
What do you think has been the biggest change in the world during your lifetime? Computers. They’ve sone good and done harm. They take away the love of play. Is there a skill or talent you’re known for? Painting. I got taught to draw first then to paint. Is there anything about your story you’d like to share with our community? Love life and love people.
