As we transition into spring, I’d like to take a moment to celebrate the incredible work and vibrant community spirit we’ve seen over the past three months. Here’s a look back at what we’ve achieved together.
June Highlights Consumer Advisory Board Meeting: Residents shared valuable feedback that will help shape future improvements. Biggest Morning Tea: A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed—we raised over $1,000 for cancer support! Resident Engagement Meeting: Continued focus on listening to our residents and acting on their suggestions. July Highlights New Menu Launch: Based on resident feedback, we introduced a refreshed menu that’s already receiving great reviews. Spirit of Strathpine Cruise: We “traveled” the world—bringing the sights, sounds, and flavors of Italy, Brazil, France, Scotland, the Philippines, and Finland to our community. New GP Onboard: Welcome to Dr. Kensitt, who joins our care team. Buffet Breakfast & Grazing Fridges: Introduced buffet-style breakfast in the café and 24/7 grazing fridges in communities— more choice, more flexibility. Quiet Reflection Room: A peaceful space now available for contemplation, prayer, or quiet time.
