Crown Center (239 Grand Blvd, Suite 2450, Kansas City, MO 64108) Chip’s Chocolate Factory makes over 200 delicious chocolate confections by hand, using premium imported Swiss chocolate and traditional confectioner techniques. Explore the role of women in history through the eyes of compelling female characters created by William Shakespeare. Learn how to create a character role and how these roles fit into today’s society.

Explore the history of chocolate, discover how it’s processed from Bean-to-Bar, witness a detailed demonstration of how Chip’s Chocolate Factory makes its iconic Kansas City Fudge™, and learn fun ways to make silly chocolate treats at home. Girls will get to enjoy LOTS of samples and laughter and take home a goodie bag filled with delicious chocolate!

Etiquette Kansas City provides classes for all ages and believes that good manners are not a thing of the past but should be a way of life. Teacher Janis Kliethermes believes that practicing good manners helps girls build self-confidence and a positive sense of self. Explore the world of improvisational acting. Girls will learn the basics of creating characters, gain self-confidence, and discover their own creativity through hands-on acting games with no scripts, just their own imaginations.

Let HASF teach your Girl Scouts the basics of Stage Combat! This active, dynamic, and fun workshop will give your Girl Scouts the basic stage combat skills they need to create safe and realistic fight scenes. This workshop is designed to help with physicality, active storytelling, and stage dynamics. Girl Scouts will also learn the fundamental skills of hand-to-hand and sword combat.

Everyone Can Juggle

Manners for the Modern Girl

Shakespeare Scavenger Hunt

Juggling is one of the oldest forms of entertainment. Girls will build hand eye coordination, discipline, and concentration skills while learning proper juggling techniques from experienced instructors.

Girls can earn their patches while exploring the art of manners and respecting themselves and others. Troops can book a class or a special event, such as mother/daughter teas and luncheons. Each Girl Scout receives a special patch from Etiquette Kansas City.

Discover the skills needed to become a Shakespearean actress! In this fun and interactive workshop, Girls will learn the basics of Shakespearean acting then they’ll create their own Shakespeare play using different elements – events, characters, props - found in Shakespeare’s plays.
