Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here .

ANCC Personal Trainer and Certified Golf Fitness Specialist Denny Pinch will host a Golf Flexibility Seminar on Sunday, 21 January, at 1:00 PM in the GX Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. This is a great opportunity to get an individualized flexibility program at a fraction of the cost of personal training. In this seminar you will go through a Golf Flexibility Analysis to discover exactly which golf muscles are so tight that they are impeding your swing. You will learn specific stretches designed to correct your flexibility issues. Come dressed ready to stretch! Please contact the Fitness Front Desk at ext. 1111 to sign up. Cost of the seminar is $20 per person. Golf Flexibility S e m i n a r » The Fitness Center will close at 2:00 PM on New Year’s Eve, remain closed on New Year’s Day, and reopen at 5:00 AM on January 2. » There will be no Group Exercise Classes on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. HOLIDAY HOURS & CLASS SCHEDULE 1. HALF & HALF : In the month of January, GX subscribers can save up to 50% (or more) on their registration through our “Half and Half” promotion (additional details and conditions are available online). Here’s how it works: An existing subscriber signs up a new subscriber for the month. Both save 50% on the class for that month! And, yes, existing subscribers, if you bring in two new subscribers, you might earn a month free! Or . . . Two new subscribers sign up together for the month. Both December 27 and January 7, drop-in on GX classes and pay the subscriber rate. Instead of paying $13 for standard class, you’ll only pay $7; instead of $20 for a specialty class, you can pay $10.
