FIT PASS Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Great for beginning exercisers or those new to yoga because of its gentle movements and stretches. All abilities welcome. Rolling on a 3-foot foam core roller helps to stretch and loosen your fascia so that your body may move more freely. Here are 5 benefits you will enjoy immediately by doing this practice: 1.
