Ménard a remis un chèque de 1063 $ aux dirigeants du Club Kin, Doug Anthony, Liette Darveau et Richard Ménard. The current Catch the Ace session will continue until someone draws the Ace of Spades. The Russell Flea Market returns for its fourth year in a row with bargains galore over the September 21 weekend. On September 21 was their very first exhibition at Russell High School. Event organizer Matthew Hiemstra and his wife, Lianne, welcomed everyone to this year’s flea market at its usual venue at Russell High School. The weekend event featured 25 local vendors presenting a wide mix of local crafts, baked goods, art pieces, gift items, and other wares for browsers to peruse. —photo Annie Lafortune
