Hayley Mintern - Business Sector Director - Student Accommodation
Hayley is a Business Director at Management Recruitment Group and joined in 2015.
She is responsible for our Student Accommodation Division based in our Twickenham Office. After spending six years at the Rugby Football Union within education development, delivering a num- ber of high profile events, Hayley moved into recruitment in early 2013. Hayley is experienced in both Interim and Permanent solutions with her particular expertise within the student accommodation sector. She has extensive knowledge of the student housing sector and delivered campaigns with providers such as Unite Students, Student Roost / Brookfield, Cam- pus Living Villages, University Partnership Programmes and a number of higher education institui- tions.
Charlotte Turedi - Student Accomodation
Graduating in 2012, Charlotte worked in retail management for 3 years and spent a further 2 years working in sales before moving to London to pursue a career in property recruitment. Starting her career with an international company in 2015, she has worked with a number of public and pri- vate sector organisations within property. Charlotte joined MRG as a Practice Manager solely specialising in Student Residences in conjunc- tion with our established higher education business. She is responsible for interim and permanent campaigns for mid to senior level management across student residences; including roles within Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, Student Experience, Student Welfare and wider Facilities Management.
Matthew Evans - Director Real Estate
Matthew leads MRG’s Real Estate Advisory and Project and Cost Management business units, working with a range of organisations in order to provide tailored recruitment solutions and aligned services. Having joined MRG in 2013 he has successfully grown both the Real Estate Advi- sory and Project and Cost Management teams. He graduated from The University of Reading and started his recruitment career as a Researcher within an executive search company progressing to the Head of Real Estate Practice. In 2009 he joined a Real Estate and Construction search business as a Principal before joining MRG. Matthew predominately operates at a senior level working with a number of organisations to make key strategic hires across the property industry. Being trained in a number of human capital tools, Matthew is our resident expert in the use of Thomas International, and their Psychometric Assessment Tools.
Andrew Mackenzie – General Practice Surveying
Andrew has worked as a specialist commercial Real Estate recruiter since 2004. At MRG, Andrew focusses on all aspects of multi-sector General Practice (MRICS) positions, including Asset Managers, Investment Managers, Development Managers, Fund Managers, Commercial Agents and Occupier Advisory Surveyors. Andrew’s specialism is in retained value-add and mission critical mandates. Prior to joining MRG, Andrew worked for two of the market leading contingency focussed recruiters, working on a mix of contingency and retained assignments for a wide variety of multi-sector (retail, industrial, office, logistics and leisure/licenced leisure) clients. He has worked with a wide range of Real Estate clients, including occupiers, developers, commercial advisors, practices, agents, retailers and logistics focussed organisations.
Andrew graduated with a BSc Land Management from the University of Portsmouth and in his spare time he is a very keen cyclist and runner.
Nisha Kaur – Business Administrator/Delivery Consultant
Nisha joined our Higher Education Practice as a Business Administrator/ Researcher after spending 7 years within property management. She is responsible for supporting and assist- ing in the delivery of our estates and facilities management search campaigns. This includes the research and identification of prospective candidates and acting as a link between the team and our Marketing Manager to coordinate campaign advertising. Following completion of a Foundation Degree (FdA) in Business with Marketing, Nisha gradu- ated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2015 with a BA Honours Degree in Business Administration.
Fatima Ali – Marketing Manager
Graduating in 2012 with a Masters in Marketing Management, Fatima has spent the last six years in Property Marketing. Starting her career at the former Athletes’ Village following the London Olympics working with Delancey and Qatari Diar transforming what was a place where the athletes lived to a sought after neighbourhood in the East End of London. Fatima continued her career in property marketing by working at Carter Jonas, heading up their marketing for the Planning and Development division and working at Empiric Student Property, setting up the Hello Student brand and marketing 10,000 beds across 36 towns and cities in the UK.
