On behalf of the IRBBA Bull Test Committee, I am pleased to welcome you to our first IRBBA Performance-Tested Bull Sale. We began this process with 80 registered Red Brangus bulls and, through rigorous selection criteria, have identified the top 55 bulls for your consideration. We placed these bulls on a 140-day gain test at Graham’s Feedyard in Gonzales, Texas, beginning December 6, 2025. At the conclu- sion of the test, each bull was weighed and ultrasounded for ribeye area, backfat, and intramuscular fat (marbling). They were developed on a feedlot ration designed to promote growth without excessive fat. Approximately one month ago, a panel of three commercial cattlemen evaluated the bulls, scoring each from 70 to 100. Only bulls earning an average score of 80 or higher qualified for this sale. All bulls were DNA tested prior to entering the test, and in this catalog, you will find their performance data along with their EPDs. Every bull has passed a BSE (fertility test) and has been trich tested. This sale represents the largest offering of registered Red Brangus bulls ever assembled in a single sale. We encourage you to take the time to evaluate the structural soundness, perform- ance, and eye appeal of these bulls. They are poised to make exceptional additions to any herd.
