Robin holds a M.S., Human Resource Management, B.B.A., Leadership & Management, and an A.A.S., Paralegal Studies. She served as a Special Licensed Council (honored as the third paralegal appointed to clerking position reserved for law students), Certified Arbitrator and Lead Trainer for the National Council of Better Business Bureaus. She served as Interim Director for the Uniform Certification Agency to certify MWBEs & DBEs and on many boards. She is known as a Subject Matter Expert through her consulting firm in HR, Diversity, Business Development and led teams on multi-million construction projects with programs being used as models for states, counties, contractors and recognized by McGraw-Hill in their South Central Construction Magazine. As a result of investing in herself Robin has created the opportunity for increased earnings. Her annual income has elevated far beyond six figures.
