F.E.A.R. Is it Good or Bad? Is it conquerable?

Fear is a bull that comes to rip you to shreds with its horns. Instead of dancing around with the bull because who has time for that when all hell is breaking loose elsewhere in your life. I run right up and get a solid grip on the horns of that great beast. I twist hard to snap his neck and bring him down to the ground to his death. I am very serious! I do not toy with fear because fear is not toying with me. consistently pursued leads to a higher level of self-mastery. Self-mastery is not perfection it is more so the ability to self- regulate at a moment ’ s notice. This implies you have the ability at any given moment under most circumstances to control your emotional response to life ’ s challenges. Does it have benefits? Tapping into a higher level of “ Self-Awareness ” My approach to successful coaching and individual development is a keen sense of self (self-awareness), once you become aware of yourself there should be a desire for improvement which leads you to self- development, and self-development

When I have a life to conquer there is no room for fear, doubt, and dis-belief. Now you may be saying “ wow ” that is a direct approach and unrealistic. But I argue this, you keep playing with fear and you will limit your accomplishments or may avoid accomplishing anything at all. Do not let your fear paralyze you.
