SureFlo performance sending units are designed to work with stock and aftermarket lift pumps and mounts directly into your stock sending unit location. It features factory style quick disconnects to adapt your stock
fuel lines at the tank, giving you the cleanest installation available, and requiring no cutting or drilling of the tank. Similar to OE, SureFlo works by drawing fuel from, and returning fuel to, the bucket assembly at the base of the unit. This kit enables owners of ‘98.5-‘02 trucks to relocate the engine’s problematic fuel transfer pump. The kit consists of a bracket; 3/8” diameter B-20 bio-diesel compatible fuel hose rated at 50 psi; electrical extension; and custom fittings. The benefits of relocation: the transfer pump is not subjected to continual engine vibration; the transfer pump is closer to the fuel tank and operates more like a pusher pump; and should the pump fail, the pump is now very easy to access. The optional ‘Big Line’ Kit with 1/2” fuel line is a high-performance version of the Standard Kit designed for use in high horsepower trucks. Detailed instructions are included which show you how to move the fuel transfer pump from the engine to the frame rail. The mounting bracket in this kit will also work with the FASS DRP pump. NOTE: Fuel transfer pump is not included in Relocation Kit.
