Fuel Pressure Test Kit (‘98.5-‘02, 5.9L)
This kit is a 2-1/2” liquid filled 0-30 psi gauge in a stainless steel housing with a built in snubber, Weatherhead 250 psi hose, brass push-lock fittings and brass Schraeder valve actuator for ‘00-‘02 trucks (with rubber seal and knurled thumb screw). Ships with 1/8 NPT fitting for use with ‘98.5-‘99 trucks. NOTE: Purchase the FPADPT-KIT to allow you to check the fuel pressure on all ‘89- ‘97, 12V and ‘03-‘07, 24V trucks. VULCAN Draw Straw I (‘94-‘04) The CNC machined billet Draw Straw I features dual ports which allows the user to install a regulated return fuel system without drilling the top of the module or cutting the filler neck tube for a second return line. This makes for a clean and secure installation. Works with 3/8” and 1/2” fuel line . NOTE: Will not work on trucks equipped with and in-tank pump. VULCAN Draw Straw III (‘98.5-‘18) The Draw Straw™ 3 Is the threaded version of the original Draw Straw 2 for use with plastic or metal tanks in Dodge trucks of 3/8” thickness or less. This unit is a single port billet aluminum fitting that requires a 3/4” hole to be drilled in the tank. This design keeps all threaded connections out of the tank so there is nothing to come loose inside. The 16” draw tube is compatible with all motor fuels. VULCAN Draw Straw V (‘98.5-‘18) The Draw Straw V HiFlow allows for greater fuel volume by using 1/2” plumbing. The DSV installs inside the tank module in place of the factory pump on fuel systems/tanks in ‘05-‘09 trucks. You can use the original OEM supply connection as the FASS return line putting more fuel back into the module for low fuel level situations. No tank drilling! A simple 5/8” inch hole in the module is all that’s required to insert the DSV HF fitting. Works with 3/8” and 1/2” fuel line . VULCAN Filter to Injection Pump Hose Kit (‘98.5-‘07, 5.9L) This hose connects the fuel filter outlet to the injection pump. It is great for those with a FASS HPFP or other systems who want to completely eliminate the restrictions in the fuel supply circuit. VULCAN Universal Fit Fuel Pressure Line (‘98.5-‘02) This hose is 1/4” diameter (inside diameter), 30” in length, and is rated for 100 psi. The assortment of fittings for each end of the hose allow you to add a fuel pressure sending unit to the fuel system. Purchase a tapped banjo bolt to use this fuel pressure line on other year trucks.
