GWO Requirements for Training / V15 2025-04-01
A complete investigation report must be submitted by the affected training provider to GWO within 7 calendar days of the significant incident happening. GWO has the right to review the complete report and to request any further information that is deemed to be relevant. The review is a qualitative assessment of the investigation’s findings, the root cause analysis and the corrective actions to assist with GWO’s continued efforts to create safe training modules
