connections throughout East- ern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, from the adja- cent Conshohocken SEPTA train station. “As our commercial redevel- opment footprint continues to expand throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, we aimed to identify a new company headquarters that was located in a central hub such as Conshohocken,” said Bill Glazer , president of Keystone. “It was especially important for us to invest in the area nearby SORA, which is slated to serve as the com- mercial and cultural center-
piece of Conshohocken.” Keystone’s plan for SORA, in line with the Borough’s comprehensive revitalization strategy for Conshohocken, includes a vibrant public plaza situated in the middle of the development, designed as a community event and gather- ing space as well as the repur- posing and restoration of the 136-year-old Conshohocken Firehouse, as a brewpub with indoor/outdoor dining and event experiences. Keystone will also provide local resi- dents, businesses and visitors with 300 additional free park- ing spaces onsite. n

Joe Viturello , a vice presi- dent of PernaFrederick, repre- sented the landlord in extend- ing an existing lease with the Snyman Chiropractic Group for 5,150 s/f on the 6th floor of the 19-story, 232,000 s/f building. Snyman Chiropractic Group was represented in the re- newal negotiations by Karl Schwemlein , a broker with MS Fox Real Estate . According to Viturello, Sny- man Chiropractic Group estab- lished its offices at 1608 Wal- nut in 2006 and the renewal agreement will continue that occupancy to the later years of this decade. In a second lease, Viturello brokered a long-term lease agreement with the Belles Group, P.C. for 3,558 s/f on the 13th floor of the building. Scott Lewis , with MS Fox, cooperated with PernaFreder- ick and represented The Belles Group that is relocating from 404 South 16th St. in Center City.
