HESTER, PA — Matt Lang and Larry Ber- gen of Colliers In- ternational /Philadelphia recently completed a 22,500 s/f industrial/flex lease in the Great Valley Corporate Center on behalf of Clini- cal Supplies Management, Inc. (CSM). CSM recently acquired the clinical supplies division of a large pharmaceu- tical company, which created a need for space in this im- portant submarket.
