Snyman Chiropractic Group was represented in the re- newal negotiations by Karl Schwemlein , a broker with MS Fox Real Estate . According to Viturello, Sny- man Chiropractic Group estab- lished its offices at 1608 Wal- nut in 2006 and the renewal agreement will continue that occupancy to the later years of this decade. In a second lease, Viturello brokered a long-term lease agreement with the Belles Group, P.C. for 3,558 s/f on the 13th floor of the building. Scott Lewis , with MS Fox, cooperated with PernaFreder- ick and represented The Belles Group that is relocating from 404 South 16th St. in Center City.
