Cottage/Villa Occupancy Refund Policy 1. 10% of Occupancy Fee is not subject to refund. 2. After five (5) years of occupancy, the refundable balance shall be equal to 0%, 30%, or 60% of the original fee paid, depending on the refund option selected at the time of purchase. 3. Under the 0% Refund option, 1.5% of the Occupancy Fee is credited to St. Anne ’ s for each month of occupancy. 4. Under the 30% Refund option, 1% of the Occupancy Fee is credited to St. Anne ’ s for each month of occupancy. 5. Under the 60% Refund option, .5% of the Occupancy Fee is credited to St. Anne ’ s for each month of occupancy. Not Included in Monthly Service Fee 1. Nurse Calls- 3 Visits per year included- $35.00 per visit exceeding the three (3) yearly visits.
2. Smoke Detector Alarms - $35.00 per alarm exceeding three (3) yearly. 3. Fire Department Response - $85.00 per response exceeding three (3) yearly. 4. Missed Daily Check-in - $25.00 per occurrence exceeding three (3) per quarter. 5. Beauty/Barber Haircut Men $17.00 Haircut Women

Use of van for non St. Anne ’ s Retirement Community sponsored activities will be determined at time of request. 9. Pets: $150.00 non-refundable up front per animal plus $10.00 a month per animal. 10. Tray Delivery Service: $2.00/Delivery Note: Rates for these services must be set to cover costs and are subject to change.
