The purpose of this project is to highlight the pivotal role employer engagement plays in the effective administration of a scheme in meeting its statutory and regulatory requirements.
The project was well structured, and the issue was identified in great detail. The conclusions and recommendations were clearly derived from findings. The recommendations could be clearly linked back to the data analysis chapter and were feasible and could be easily implemented.
The student continually produced a high standard of work that was a pleasure to both read and mark.

The recipient of this year’s award participated knowledgably, throughout the course, applying herself extremely well and delivering consistently high-quality work. She showed commitment to her studies with excellent attendance at module review days and tutorials, and always provided a valuable contribution.
Her assignments were submitted on time and were always well-presented and well-structured. Her high standard work clearly showed extensive additional research.
Her tutor said it has been a pleasure to have been her tutor and to watch her develop.
“I was absolutely delighted to be nominated for and receive the award.
“The course was challenging – in a good way – and has encouraged me to stretch myself and think outside of my normal boundaries.
“My employer has been extremely supportive of my studies, for which I am thankful and I am pleased to say that my assignment on the ‘improving services’ module has transpired to a real change within my work environment.
“The pensions industry is changing all the time and to be able to undertake this course, which includes management elements, has been a huge benefit to me.
“The graduation day and venue were perfect and it was great to share in everyone’s celebrations.”
