6. To assist and advise in the design and development of FM services with regard to new builds and refurbishment projects across the University campus. 7. To ensure that the Estate Services Department’s operational activities and their contractors fully comply with all relevant legislation and guidance. 8. To provide specialist knowledge in soft services to provide solutions across University collaborations. Undertake benchmarking of performance and evaluation of other similar activities both within and outside of the sector.
