INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Real Estate Management Internship
What was the most valuable thing you learned in the internship program? Have you applied what you learned to your life? The most valuable thing I learned during the internship program was the importance of building a strong support system that helps you grow and succeed. At my property, my team was always willing to answer questions and made me feel like a true member of the team rather than just a temporary intern. To this day, I have remained connected with my Trinity network and continue to learn from and rely on those relationships. What is your favorite memory from the internship? My favorite memory from the internship was traveling to the corporate office in Irvine and having the opportunity to connect not only with fellow interns from across the country, but also with senior leaders within the organization. The experience gave me a deeper understanding of Trinity’s culture, its vision for future growth, and the broader scope of the company through exposure to divisions such as Redwood Construction and FPA Multifamily.

Why would you recommend our internship program? I would highly recommend the internship program because the staff and organization genuinely invest in and support their interns. The experience allows you to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of the business while gaining valuable exposure to different areas of the real estate industry.
