INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Real Estate Management Internship

What was the most valuable thing you learned in the internship program? Have you applied what you learned to your life? One of the most valuable lessons I learned during my internship with Trinity was the importance of maintaining a “one team, one goal” mindset. As an intern, I had the opportunity to experience every aspect of building management and see firsthand how interconnected each role truly is. That experience taught me the value of collaboration and communication. I’ve carried that mindset into my personal life as well — in the way I approach balance, self-care, decision-making, and the connection between how I present myself externally and how I nurture myself internally. What is your favorite memory from the internship? My favorite memory from my internship was Corporate Week; having the opportunity to bring our intern project to life and learn about Trinity and the many opportunities and career paths within the company.

Where are you currently employed? What is your job title? Manager In Training in Los Angeles CA

Why would you recommend our internship program? I would highly recommend this internship for the exposure, supportive culture, and valuable knowledge it provides. It creates an environment where you are encouraged to grow, contribute, and build confidence in your abilities. Beyond gaining hands-on experience, the internship gives you the support and opportunity to truly succeed and discover your potential both professionally and personally.
