UPON RECEIPT OF INFORMATION IN YOUR RULES, GAMING COMMISSION DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR/AGENT:
Shall refer the information to the agent(s) authorized to conduct investigations or other work on behalf of the Commission;
Shall receive reports from any Tribal agents, gather evidence, and present to the Commission;
Shall prepare evidence and arguments for presentation at the hearing in support of possible action;
