HEARING PROCEDURE
• Opening Statements • Presentation of evidence
• The hearing Chair and other hearing panel members may call witnesses and any member of the Hearing Panel. They may question or interrogate any witness. • Oath or Affirmation. Before testifying, every witness shall be required to declare that the witness will testify truthfully, by oath or affirmation administered by the Hearing Chairperson.

Cross-examination. The parties shall be allowed a reasonable opportunity to confront and cross-examine witnesses presented by the opposing party at the hearing.
