Daetwyler Forms Partnership With Sandon Global Daetwyler USA has formed a new partnership for top-quality anilox rollers and sleeves. Sandon Global is a recognized international brand specializing in the manufacturer of anilox rolls and sleeves, and head- quartered in Runcorn, England. Under the agreement, Daetwyler will provide sales, marketing, distribution and after-sales services support for Sandon Global’s wide range of anilox technologies. According to Daetwyler, among the benefits that cus- tomers should expect from this new partnership are: • Wider selection of engraving patterns to suit all flexographic print and coating applications on a vari- ety of substrates • In-house manufacturing of lightweight cores with stainless-steel end rings/caps to Sandon Global’s own design and production standard; • Ability to accept custom engraving orders; • Sizing for both imperial and metric measurement rollers and sleeves; • Specialty engravings for litho, gravure and flexog- raphic coating applications; and • High-precision surface polish to preserve cell vol- ume and extend doctor blade life.

All Printing Resources (APR) will now sell and ser- vice Camis Plate Mounting Equipment in the United States. Camis produces SleeveMASTERAuto, a new flexo 4.0 automatic sleeve mounter that is said by the company to increase standardization in the plate mounting department, reduces operator stress, and im- proves quality control. Fujifilm Canada Signs Agreement With Spicers FUJIFILM Canada Inc. has formed a national distribu- tor agreement with Spicers Canada, a fifth generation family-owned distribution company of commercial print and business papers, specialty products, graphic solutions, sign & dis-play media, and industrial packag- ing products based in Vaughan, Ontario. Enhanced Distribution Under the terms of the agreement, Spicers will act as nationwide distributor for the Graphics Division of FUJIFILM Canada Inc., including its CTP (comput- er-to-plate) plates and related equipment.
