Recently awarded its first Michelin star, L’Alchimia offers creative cuisine in a sophisticated setting. Chef Giuseppe Postorino prepares intriguing, ambitious dishes – but not overly so – using top quality seasonal ingredients. The menu features a number of traditional regional dishes with a contemporary twist, including costoletta alla Milanese (breaded veal cutlet) and risotto alla milanese (saffron-infused risotto).

At two Michelin-starred Vun located in the marvellous Park Hyatt Milano , Chef Andrea Aprea creates contemporary dishes that look to the future. The name “Vun” , which translates as “one” in Milanese dialect, reflects the restaurant’s strong bond with the city. The decor has intentionally been kept simple to let the food play the starring role.
