Al Cortile was created for EXPO 2015 by Food Genius Academy; the restaurant was such a success that it was never closed. Combining a restaurant, catering services and events, Al Cortile is located in a loft overlooking an attractive Milanese courtyard. Many members of staff were former Academy students who joined the restaurant after completing their studies. The cuisine is distinctly avant garde, with innovative techniques used to create experimental dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients.
