■ Career achievements: Developed and delivered a Covid-19 antibody test to the market, within PHE sensitivity, specificity and validation requirements, in a two-month accelerated timeframe. Involved preparing regulatory submissions, identifying clients and coordinating testing for NHS and businesses. Designed and implemented corporate systems for start-up Therapeutic Frontiers. Included quality management and data protection systems, which added value through improving corporate and clinical operations and saved significant consultancy fees. Submitted PhD thesis in three years, receiving the 2016 Young Investigator Award at the Macrae Foundation Respiratory Viral Infections Symposium. This research was part of a £5 million GSK-MRC Strategic Alliance study which identified key immunological features of viral infections in asthmatics.
