The Pulte Homes side is more master-planned and value- oriented, with a cleaner production-build feel and easier entry points, while Watersedge at Lochridge is more exclusive and lot-driven. Lochridge appeals to very different buyers, but should be viewed as a multi-section community rather than one uniform experience. STANDOUT FEATURE: The combination of variety and setting. Pulte Homes' Lochridge community includes about 89 single- family homesites and about 84 townhomes, with trails, wetlands, Lake Robert, and a planned public park woven into the neighborhood, while McDonald's Watersedge at Lochridge adds a much smaller lakefront cul-de-sac section overlooking Lake Robert. That's a broader range than a typical one-builder, one-product neighborhood.
Mississippi Landing BEST FIT: Buyers who want choices within one larger community, whether that means a lower-maintenance villa, a more typical move-up single-family home, or a higher-end custom-leaning section. It tends to work well for people who like the idea of a scenic setting without giving up quick access to Cottage Grove conveniences and Highway 61.
