Publisher’s Letter
Welcome to the second issue of VINCE: Six Weeks to Fitness for Adults 40+ Lifestyle Magazine.
When we envisioned this digital magazine, we didn’t just want to create another wellness publication. We wanted to build a sanctuary—a vibrant, trusting community where adults over 40 can find the genuine support, inspiration, and tools needed to completely reclaim their health and vitality. Transformation doesn't happen in isolation; it happens through collaboration, shared stories, and the collective energy of people lifting one another up.
In this issue, we are thrilled to feature two extraordinary experts who are redefining health and wellness for our community: Cherie Calbom, "The Juice Lady": Known worldwide for her groundbreaking work in juicing and raw nutrition, Cherie brings her invaluable wisdom on how targeted, nutrient-dense juicing can revitalize your body, boost energy, and combat inflammation. Coach Keri Watkins-Webb: Get ready to reset your lifestyle with Coach Keri as she leads the 21-Day Sugar-Free Challenge, kicking off Monday, September 28th. Hosted exclusively inside the Six Weeks to Fitness with Vince Skool community, this step- by-step challenge is designed to help you break free from sugar cravings, stabilize your energy, and build sustainable healthy habits. I had the absolute honor of sitting down with a true visionary and co-publisher of this digital magazine, Vincent Ferguson, as he explains the difference between healthspan and lifespan. In our insightful conversation, Vincent makes a compelling case for why simply living longer isn't enough if those extra years are spent in declining health. He breaks down how shifting our focus toward expanding our quality of life and vitality rather than just the total number of years on a calendar is the key for adults 40+.
