Les détaillants éventuels devront démontrer qu’ils ont acquis des locaux appropriés, qui pourront servir de magasin de vente au détail de cannabis, et qu’ils ont accès à des capitaux suffisants pour ouvrir un tel commerce. A single-vehicle collision on Du Golf Road resulted in a man being charged with driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Officers of the Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the colli- sion on July 21 at about 3 p.m. and charged 58-year-old Daniel Landry, of Rockland, with one count of operating a vehicle while im- paired, with a blood-alcohol concentration of over 80 and operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs or alcohol.
