She will even guide you in what to eat to get the results you want! Plus, she is available to you just about any time if you have questions. What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my family (husband Jay and 3 children) and playing with our yellow lab Lucy. I also love to travel and read. QUADRUPED ALTERNATE ARM & LEG RAISE While on your hands and knees, slowly raise up an arm out in front of you. Then, slowly raise the opposite leg behind you, while keeping your back straight. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times on both sides.
