CHARTERED Requires two years of Full membership and extensive experience in transformation, strategy, project/budget management or directorship.
AFFILIATE Available to anyone who has an interest in payroll, pensions or reward.
ASSOCIATE Open to experienced or qualified payroll, pensions or reward professionals.
FULL Available to those with a minimum of three years managerial experience, or qualified to Level 5 in payroll, pensions or reward.
FELLOW Awarded to those with a CIPP- approved Level 6 or 7 qualification, or two years Full membership, with proven contribution to the CIPP and profession.
