Cedar Ridge Designs, a custom cabinet/millwork manufacturer located in Maxville, Ontario, has a position available for an enthusiastic and experienced Finisher for spray painting and staining cabinets. Permanent, full-time. 2 years or more millwork spray booth experience preferred but will train an individual with aptitude. Hourly wage is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications. Essential requirements: • Prepare paint booth equipment. • Mix paint and components and match colors. • Use spray guns to apply primer, paint, lacquer or other coatings to cabinetry. • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. • Review work instructions, procedures and checklists and ensure that materials and equipment needed for production are ready and the work area is prepared. • Sand unfinished cabinets using hand and power tools.

Summary: Under the supervision of the Childcare Services Supervisor and the Housing Services Supervisor, the Subsidies Officer is responsible for the management of rent supplement and subsidized housing programs for the Prescott and Russell area. Requirements: One year certificate in administration, accounting or a similar discipline and/or a minimum of two years of experience in administration or accounting would be an asset; Organizational skills to complete and prioritize projects with minimal supervision and within the time required; Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French and in English; Experience with data entry and interpretation of government programs; Have a good knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, regulations and directives, especially the CCEYA, paragraph 8 on Parent Financial Assistance, the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and the IAHP; Have a good knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as the SGSGEO, Yardi and Grants Ontario for data entry; Knowledge of the requirements for maintaining eligibility according to the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and the CCEYA, as well as the IAHP guidelines; Must have analytical skills in order to be able to evaluate references appropriately and set priorities; Demonstrate skills to conduct interviews; Being able to establish a helping relationship with the participants; Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
