BIFA announces celebrity host for the Freight Service Awards 2023 Revving-up for a great event
I t is with great excitement that we can announce the celebrity host, sponsored by ASM (UK) Ltd, for the BIFA Freight Service Awards 2023 ceremony on 18 January 2024, is ‘Queen of the Pit Lane’ Suzi Perry. Probably best known as a motor sports correspondent, Suzi travelled the world reporting live from race series on two-wheels and four, covering Moto GP, Speedway and Formula 1 for more than two decades. It is not all about wheels and petrol though. Suzi’s other sport hosting credits include the BBC’s live coverage of Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, the London Marathon, the Trooping of the Colour, the London Olympics, the Great North Run and the legendary Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race. Suzi also has a family background in music and a love of technology, which have led to stints on BBC Radio 2 and the Gadget Show. We are sure that you will be eager to join us to welcome a true female ambassador of sport and technology to the BIFA Awards ceremony. Entry Deadline This month sees the deadline for submission of entries to all 11 categories; don’t miss out on the chance to enter the BIFA Awards 2023.
