Moving a Million Campaign To maximize participation and foster a sense of collective ownership, the City launched an ambitious outreach initiative, M1M, designed to engage residents at every level. This campaign harnessed digital innovation, grassroots engagement, and multilingual accessibility to allow for every voice to be heard. Through a mix of strategies, including distributing flyers in high-traffic community hubs, issuing timely news releases, leveraging dynamic social media content, and maintaining a continuously updated project website, the campaign created multiple entry points for participation. These efforts were complemented by interactive tools, virtual town halls, and partnerships with local organizations, creating opportunities for residents from diverse backgrounds could not only learn about the MTP process and objectives but also actively shape them. By prioritizing inclusivity and transparency, Moving a Million (M1M) transformed public engagement into a citywide movement, empowering individuals to contribute ideas that will define the future of mobility for generations to come. The following digital and traditional outreach methods generated Plan awareness and promoted participation in all City of Fort Worth planning efforts and communicated planning outcomes:

M1M Website M1M serves as the umbrella for all City of Fort Worth TPW projects. The M1M website provides an overview of plans related to the TPW planning efforts and linked to respective project websites, including the Access Butler Place (ABP) Plan.

MTP StoryMap The MTP StoryMap outlines the city-wide process for modernizing transportation in Fort Worth with an emphasis on multimodal connections and future growth. It highlights key issues like mobility gaps, accessibility, safety, and funding, presents interactive maps and public-input summaries, and showcases proposed recommendations

Email Campaigns Email campaigns were disseminated to stakeholders with networks within the City of Fort Worth and the study area to promote project awareness and participation in engagement opportunities. Notices were also shared through Councilmember distribution lists to broaden project awareness and encourage participation across all districts.
