Social Media Social media content was developed for each round of open houses. Materials included social media graphics (in English and Spanish), animated graphics, social media captions. These posts helped expand the project’s reach by circulating engagement information through widely used community channels and partner accounts.

In-person Community Events M1M participated in multiple City of Fort Worth community events, including Arts Google 2024, Open Streets 2024, six Comprehensive Plan Open House Meetings, and 30+ Council District meetings and the FY26 Bond Open Houses. In-person events provided opportunities to directly connect with local Fort Worth residents and visitors to discuss Plan objectives, distribute Plan flyers, and address community questions.

Project Flyers & Fact Sheets Multi-project flyers were developed in English and Spanish to connect the community to the project website, describe project purpose and integration of related planning efforts with the MTP, and to promote awareness and participation engagement opportunities, including the survey.

Newsletter Two unique newsletters were developed to promote the MTP, Vision Zero, and other City transportation projects. The newsletter Fort Worth on the Mooove! was designed to be iterative and not directly linked to the MTP, allowing the City to continue distributing transportation-related updates to residents in an engaging and familiar format even after the conclusion of MTP Planning Process.
