Fall 2025: Transportation Investment Program Open Houses During Fall 2025, the City of Fort Worth hosted a series of open house events across all 10 Council Districts to engage residents in shaping the MTP’s TIP. These sessions provided an opportunity for community members to learn about the City’s long-term transportation project that will be included in future bond elections. Each open house featured interactive displays and discussions focused on how Fort Worth would address future mobility needs through safer streets, expanded sidewalks and bike lanes, improved transit connections, and the integration of smart traffic technologies.

Fall 2025 Open Houses Objectives Residents explored potential changes such as new design standards for complete streets, freight and logistics strategies to support economic growth, and investments in electric vehicle infrastructure. Residents were afforded an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed Streets and Mobility Improvements 2026 Bond Program projects, helping to refine project priorities and inform decisions that will guide funding and implementation through upcoming investment cycles and regional programs.
