6.2.2. Analysis Outcomes The TSI outputs, as illustrated in Figure 6.1 , reveal that the most transportation-supportive areas are concentrated within the City’s core, particularly inside the I-820 and I-20 belt, and along high-capacity corridors. Eastern Fort Worth also scores highly due to proximity to DFW Airport and regional connectivity. These findings underscore the importance of leveraging existing infrastructure and focusing investments where multimodal options and development readiness intersect. Incorporating Results TSI results serve as a foundational layer for prioritizing projects in the TIP (see Chapter 6) . By integrating TSI scores into gap analyses for roadway, transit, freight, and active transportation networks, the City can align capital investments with areas of highest return. This approach prioritizes future projects that support compact growth, reduce congestion, and advance sustainability goals. TSI will also inform policy decisions, such as TOD strategies and infrastructure cost-sharing in ETJs.
