Key Outcomes Included: ■ 19.86% of the existing roadway network is rated LOS D, E, F, which may increase to 60.49% in ten years if no capacity improvements are made (AM peak hour). ■ Average travel time across the City will increase by 52% , from 2.77 min/mile to 4.23 min/mile by 2036 (AM peak hour). ■ 30 busiest intersections impact safety and travel times 30,000 vehicles daily ■ 1.6M hours spent in cars daily by 2050 (+70%) ■ 20 million miles travelled daily by 2050 (+60%)
