Mobility The Mobility category encompasses intersection improvements, traffic signal installations and upgrades, and streetlight projects. Together these investments improve operational efficiency, reduce conflict points, and extend the functional life of the existing transportation network. The near- term program includes nine intersection projects, 37 signal projects, and eight streetlight projects across all council districts. All listed projects are Near-Term.
