Transit-Supportive Areas include: ■ NCTCOG Transit 2.0 Station Areas included in Mobility 2050 ■ Urban Villages ■ Core Area ■ Current or Future TPW Lead Transportation Engineering Studies ● East Berry Street Corridor Plan (IH 35W to Lake Arlington) ● Eastside Transportation Plan (includes East Lancaster, which is TxDOT) ● McCart Avenue Hub of Transportation Technology (HOTT) Project ■ Future high-capacity transit Corridors in engineering design by Trinity Metro or other entities. These areas do not establish cross-section requirements and do not modify the adopted roadway functional classification. They serve as a prompt for development review — when a project is located within a Transit-Supportive Area, applicants should coordinate with TPW to consider how the Transit Priority Treatments described in the following pages may apply to the corridor.
