A Vision Born from Experience Nicolai’s journey into real estate began in France, where he was involved in remodeling projects. By the time he relocated to the U.S. in 2008, the real estate market was reeling from the effects of the economic downturn, but Nicolai saw opportunity where others saw risk. “When I came to the U.S., I started buying properties at auctions, primarily foreclosures, and began remodeling them,” he explained.
